Ik ben Jeroen Bos, een fotograaf uit Scheemda een dorp uit het noorden van het land. Ik ben begonnen met fotografie in 2012. Ik heb me tot heden kunnen ontwikkelen tot een volwaardige fotograaf in verschillende soorten diensten. Mijn carrière in fotografie begon met het fotograferen van incidenten & evenementen in en om gemeente Oldambt. Door mijn eigen nieuwswebsite te starten www.OldambtNu.nl ben ik betrokken bij verschillende soorten fotografieklussen.

The men’s prostate is the central part of a male’s reproductive :. It secretes fluids that help the transportation and activation of sperm. The prostate is situated just while watching rectum, below the bladder and all around the urethra. When there is prostate problem, it is almost always very uncomfortable and inconvenient to the patient as his urinary product is directly affected.

The common prostate health conditions are prostate infection, enlarged prostate and cancer of prostate.

Prostate infection, also called prostatitis, is among the most common prostate-related problem in men younger than 55 years of age. Infections in the men’s prostate are classified into four types – acute bacterial prostatitis, chronic bacterial prostatitis, chronic abacterial prostatitis and prosttodynia.

Acute bacterial prostatitis will be the least common of varieties of prostate infection. It is caused by bacteria perfectly located at the large intestines or urinary tract. Patients may feel fever, chills, body aches, back pains and urination problems. This condition is treated by using antibiotics or non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to help remedy the swelling.

Chronic bacterial prostatitis is really a condition associated with a particular defect in the gland along with the persistence presence of bacteria within the urinary tract. It can be caused by trauma towards the urinary tract or by infections from other areas in the body. A patient can experience testicular pain, lower back pains and urination problems. Although it is uncommon, it is usually treated by removal from the prostate defect accompanied by the use antibiotics and NSAIDs to treat the inflammation.

Non-bacterial prostatitis is the reason approximately 90% of all prostatitis cases; however, researchers have not yet to ascertain what causes these conditions. Some researchers feel that chronic non-bacterial prostatitis occur due to unknown infectious agents while other believe intensive exercise and high lifting can cause these infections.

Maintaining a Healthy Prostate

To prevent prostate diseases, an effective diet is important. These are some in the actions to keep your prostate healthy.

1. Drink sufficient water. Proper hydration is essential for health and wellness and it’ll also keep the urinary track clean.

2. Some studies suggest that a few ejaculations a week will help to prevent cancer of prostate.

3. Eat red meat sparingly. It has been shown that consuming a lot more than four meals of beef per week will increase the probability of prostate diseases and cancer.

4. Maintain an effective diet with cereals, vegetable and fruits to make certain sufficient intake of nutrients necessary for prostate health.

The most critical measure to look at to make sure a normal prostate is usually to go for regular prostate health screening. If you are forty years of age and above, you need to choose prostate examination at least once per year.
